Call for workshop ideas and presenters at ARU23

Austin Roundup is looking for workshop topics that will be interesting to LGBT+ people in recovery. Do you have a topic you'd like to hear about, or are you interested in hosting a workshop yourself?

Here are two ways to get involved:

1. ​Send us your workshop topics that you would like to learn about.	​2. Volunteer to present a one-hour workshop at Austin Roundup.
Examples of topics: Spirituality, Steps, Dating, 2 Way prayer, mediation, etc	​Typically, we would like to have people of different perspectives that represent our community and lengths of sobriety present a topic. You can also get a panel together to present on a topic.

The time commitment to be a workshop presenter is two hours total.

We will host a workshop prep session in June for one hour, and then you will present the workshop at the conference in July. How much time you put into planning and creating is up to each pair of presenters or group if it’s a panel.
