Our Story

Austin Roundup is led by board members and volunteer committees. We are a collection of LGBT+ people and allies in recovery here to share our experience, strength, and hope with others in recovery. All are welcome to attend an event or get in contact with us so that you can help us reach our annual goal of hosting a recovery roundup in Austin, Texas.

We were founded in 1999 and have since grown to 150 attendees in 2022. Our biggest events besides the roundup itself are Dragoween in the fall and Spring Cotillion in the spring.

Mission

Providing fellowship and service opportunities for recovering LGBT+ people in Central Texas by hosting fundraising and fun events.

Vision

To share our experience, strength, and hope from different recovery perspectives in Central Texas and beyond.

We are not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous or any other recovery fellowship.
